I’ve been working in the live streaming, broadcast and event industry for several years and I’ve traveling across the UK and Europe to work on live-streamed, broadcast and event productions.
My high-level technical mindset of skills and experience allowed me before recently going freelance to join production teams which saw me to provide support on comprehensive outside visual productions for all types of client briefs. I’ve worked with global brands such as Sony, HP, Pentland, Johnson and Johnson, Temenos, TikTok, Pfizer, NHS, Adobe, SKY, ITV, UK Government Departments, and many more. My typical roles whilst onsite can usually see me rigging venues with streaming and broadcast equipment, operating cameras, vision mixing, mixing audio, lighting setup/operation, encoding, all the way to operating an autocue at times.
Read on below about the video/media organisations that I have set up or had significant control over
Cram Media UK is a local media organisation which I founded in 2011 following the success of what is now knows as Cram Media brands Cram FM and Cram TV. The media organisation is aimed at producing high quality media products specialising in video production and live broadcast. Cram Media has played a part in a number of productions such as producing music videos for local artist Dave Red, producing video content for Sunderland City Council events partnership Sunderland Live, event coverage and ENG (electronic news gathering) for Cram TV , event coverage and live broadcasting for HCA TV and more. With the aim to be an outstanding media and broadcasting organisation Cram Media also opens the door for people from the local community to get involved. With an experience growing team, the chance for people to learn and intake experience and to meet and work with other passionate people is offered. Visit the media organisations website for more information at www.crammedia.uk
Cram TV is an online television organisation which I founded in 2009 and continue to work at. The channel which is ran by Cram Media and operates in South Shields is aimed at entertaining, informing and engaging with the community by proving localised content at www.cramtv.net
HCA Television is a local online television brand alongside HCA Radio which I managed from 2013 I took on the role of managing the station in 2013 and as time
progressed on I worked alongside the team to form a online community television service. The service which is aimed at providing localised content as well as live broadcasts to the local area of South Tyneside has already seen a number of productions aired on the channel. One of which was back in April 2014 when the first of HCA Radio Live was broadcast live on HCA Radio and HCA TV which involved a night of live music from local artists across the North East. Full coverage of events held at Hedworthfield Community Association from a carnival themed show has also been covered on the channel.
